Refunds and Satisfactions Policy

There are no refunds on charges for our design services. As we do aim for your satisfaction, let it be known before final approval if there are any modifications you wish to have made.

If the modification(s) take(s) ten minutes or less in total, then there is no additional charge. If the modification(s) take(s) more than 10 minutes to make, a rate of $20.00 per hour will be added to the final charge. (Ex. If the modification(s) take(s) 30 minutes, you will be charges an additional $10.00)
